The background is a cityscape brush I found, along with fitlers used in photoshop. The moon is from kpt6 sky effects, which I'm really love using The girl is V3 with a mat file applied called "Faith" which I found on R'osity free area, and I "think" she was done by Vali, but don't hold me to that one, I would have to look it up to be certain. No face morphs were applied so this is just how v3 looked after I applied the mat file on her.
