Pic Description: This is the same picture I posted on the other site only without all the postwork, the only thing I did on this for postwork was add the hair and the water. Just wanted to see what others might think that have seen them both.

The character stands out more in this one. I think that if you blurred the background it would look even better. Sometimes, there is just too much postwork on some of the images, making them more photoshop than Poser. They are both good, but I like this one better because it has more detail.

Thanks Den, and I agree that postwork can be over done, and take away from what Poser can do. As I told you earlier I guess I'm just a die hard photoshop and filter freak, but I'll try and cut down some on my evil tendencey's lol
I like the fact that her hair and face features stand out in this one, but the other one drew me to it because of the darkness and gothic look it had. Well I guess I've created two pieces each different in some ways and hopefully they will each give different perspectives.
Always,
GP

I never seen the other picture: if you want a "technical" comment I see something strange with light and shadows. the "wall" looks like it is trasparent or with inner light but has a very dark shadow on it (the light comes form the left). I'm not sure about the reflections on the water, Have you made them by hand ? Anyway, I'm not an expert. Nice butt

The other picture is on pp's gallery, as for the light...well I really didn't do any lighting in Poser, the light is from the background itself which I made in photoshop. It's just an abstract that I threw together and used as a background. After I rendered the picture in Poser I then went back into photoshop and and painted the hair and added the water filter.
Thanks for your comments on this, I really like hearing others views as it helps me see things I may have missed.

It's ok, I confused the left plumage with a shadow (better to try Posy glasses )

I haven't seen the other one yet, but this one works just fine for me. Very nice job. Agree with comments on postwork...sometimes just a little PW is too much. I have the tendency to 'overwork' in a certain area at times and that makes the pw very evident in the final picture.
