This is a very well done image.

What I like most about it are two things: the overall color scheme presents has a crisp feeling of professionalism and efficiency; and the way the characters look like they all have an individual personality that can be easily imagined just by looking at them. Each person is well-posed and well-morphed.

My only suggestion on this image is that I assume the woman in the middle of the scene is the captain or in charge, yet her pose could be considered somewhat provacative or sensual which seems questionable. I'm guessing you intended to portray her in a moment of relaxation or relief, but since there's a guy getting lectured or yelled at on her left and it seems to me that if she were in charge she would want to pay more attention to that situation.

Regardless, you really did some great work on this scene.
