 ~A Hero `to Some... a Villian, to Others~
The new Prime Minster, declared that his poor Country— needed money for schools, which is what the Women had shouted, during his successful Campaign— for election. 
He proclaimed a New Tax, on Woman's Clothing.... $1, per item, per day, on clothing worn by women ages 19 - 40 (Those Over 100 `Kg, were exempted) 
Of coarse, anyone `could go naked -for free... "Tourism— has already quadrupled

Nice work with the characters, great scene.

Wow man, how much memory does your computer have? So many characters in one scene! Nice costumes, especially on the girls!
