My goodness, what a cute odd looking figure ! Is it plain white, or is there a 'bone' texture applied ? It looks, not only skeletal, but also ghostly,.. like the ghost of a skeleton . Thank you kindly Nik, I might give it a try too !

There's a spoooky bone-texture supplied as VTF.
At least this model only had a few files, so I could use Noesis' manual export options. I'm still learning how to use Noesis' batch-process tool which, at the touch of careless key, will merrily spawn a zoo of sub-folders and re-named files... _______________ |

Currently tearing my remaining hair as I cannot get SFM-export MLPs' eye textures to appear correctly.
( Also, Amazon delivery which began as '11:45~~14:15' got later and later, reached '16:45~~17:45', has just switched to 'Still arriving today by 9 PM'. Not funny. Upside, I've mopped kitchen floor clean of all the muddy paw-prints our cats trod in... ) Beside pony eyes, I've the usual battles with FBX rigs, many needing multiple meshes parented to place holder... Here's a freebie that, converted to FBX with free Noesis, imported at ~300% as 'only' a dozen parts, proved mildly poseable: The tail's sorta arched, left foot lifted and head turned. But, those eyes... https://www.deviantart.com/victriao...d-SFM-427219336 I know the UV maps do not need inverting, as the body texture's nostrils & lips are in the right places. D'uh, must try L/R flip on the eye-maps... _______________ |

A clue !!
I found a texture-test grid, 5x5 blocks, numbered the squares and tried that for the eyes. The mapping is totally wrong, only one square and a couple of scraps from top corner show up, and those upside down.... Flipped test-card, confirmed. Good news is aspect ratio _______________ |

This one looks cool ! But yes, those 'invisible eyes' make the little pony seem like robot or mech, I'm imagining two little green aliens, inside the pony (a trojan horse) , controlling levers which make the pony walk and fly, while they navigate by looking through the windows of the eyes.

I need to extract eyes' UV map, meanwhile have crafted workable solution.
Poser's trash-clearance gave up and required a close / re-start, so I did not bother with the other textures etc. Note the 'Denver Boot', my dummy object to which the pony's dozen meshes are parented. Usually set 'invisible', but... And 'Right' eye is just 'Left' flipped L/R, so not quite right-- Highlights should be the same for each, not mirrored... Upside, Amazon belatedly delivered several books and I've had my oven-meal... ps: Scroll right... _______________ |
