I noticed Stefano96 had a couple of new free ''Call of Duty'' ports up on DA, SFM versions of the infamous V2 and its interesting Meillerwagen transport / erector trailer.

Free Noesis batch-converted their VTFs to JPGs, MDLs to OBJs. This time, I remembered to tell Noesis to flip the model maps...
I used Wordpad and ($$) 3DOC to edit both models so they called their textures.
After some iteration, I loaded trailer to Poser at 0.90 % original scale This gave it a length ''including draw-bar'' within a hand-span of the Wiki specifications'' 14700 mm ~ 48 feet. Test render was Superfly, progressive, 32 pixel-samples, 64 vol-bounces & buckets, using this PC''s twin GPU cards. Looked okay.
The rocket proved more reluctant. That 0.90% scaling was close, but not ''plug & play'' for trailer. For a start, the rocket was meant to stand vertically on launcher. The trailer cradle''s axis was 2~~3 degrees off, horizontally and vertically, perhaps meant for a different V2 version as would not quite match.
Still, after much nudging, tweaking and grumbling, the set looked ''good enough''.
Superfly, progressive, 96 pixel samples, 64 vol-bounces and buckets, sent to networked, CPU-only ''Box''.
Next, to find their tow-truck, support vehicles etc. On principle, I''ll not populate scene with period uniforms... |

Nice work.
_______________ I've found that to do well with any figure you really need to have a passion for that figure,
...and I hope you develop that passion for yours.
