I found a very cute pigtail wig among DA freebies by ''CelesteCSilvari''.

It was a PMX file for MMD, needed conversion en-route to Poser. There are two easy routes. I prefer to use ($$) 3DOC for its ''technical'' tools, but free PMX Edit can also export as OBJ+MTL.
Note if model is ''handed'', you must ''mirror'' with that tool before export from PMX Edit, as MMD sign-convention is reversed.
The 3DOC export imported to Poser as a sorta ''skydome''. I scaled it down to 3 ~~ 3.5 % original. Flipped it upright. XYZ aligned it with figure''s head. Parented to figure''s head with ''inherit bends'', then saved to library...
The default import looks quite nice, but I began playing with textures. Took me a while to get the swimsuit sufficiently candy-pink, the wig to mostly match.
Test renders via PC''s twin GPU cards ran okay, but this image took much longer than I''d expected.
Still, a bit of fun... |
