This is the liric of a song of one of my favorite 80's band, an argentinian band called Soda Stereo, I'm not a good translator, and this is just a fragment of the liric, Daniel Ceratti (the writer of the song and leader and singer of the band) take the image of a winged man to see everything from a diferent point of view, a widder and clear point of view. The lirics of this band allways are pretty abstract not allways clear, and this is what I see in it, even the video is a little diferent, I'll do another picture of chorus of this song.
