Do they go topless like this only when for formal events, or is that a feature of their common dress style too? The reson for the question is because of the paleness of their breasts compared to the rest of their exposed skin. If this is a common style of dress, I would imaging that they would be as tan as the rest of their commonl exposed skin. Pangor _______________
