pixel painting is when you make figures, images or whatever drawing them with your mouse one pixel at a time. Some ppl on the web offer free outlines. Outlines are very tiny and kind of resembles the figures in a coloring book. You get the outline - the shape of something, but everything is blank, you then paint the figure the way you want it.
Although here i changed the dragons abit, their outlines weren't they way i wanted them.
