Very nicely done. I think the thing that puts this over the top is the tiny amount of reflective quality you've added to the objects in the foreground; it's easy to overdo this, but you've got it perfect here. The lighting is very good as well and enhances this effect even more. I can't really even tell whether the girl's face and hair are Poser or from a photograph.
