That's a good-looking youthful character. Are you using a bump map here? The skin looks very flat and smooth, which could be just fine if youthfulness is indeed supposed to be the main element of the character.

I rarely use bump maps on my portraits. I very much like the powdery look. Photo realism has never been my goal. If I want that, I can take out my camera
No fancy stuff here at all, just texture on white material, no highlights, no ambient.
Only two lights set. One main light (almost white, infinite, mapped shadow) and one IBL from above to soften it all down a bit
