An ''interesting'' Learning Opportunity.
Sadly, though I''ve activated ''Supplemental Japanese Font'', my Win''10 file explorer totally choked on the un-zipped folders'' and files'' names.
Broken paths, ''bleach-white'' models ensued.
So, fire up ''Google Translate'' and PMX Editor (En)...

I began with ''Tama-style string heart'', as only one (1) folder held textures.
Renamed that folder''s alphabet-soup version of Kokoro tekusucha (= Heart texture) to Texture.
Went through model material table, edited all 56 materials from eg 56: Tex: こころテクスチャ\\hrhr1.png to Texture\\hrhr1.png.
Used PMX info tool, fixed a couple of ''oops'', such as a call to hishi2.png that showed as hishiƩQ.png. Re-saved PMX with usable name.
Mirrored, exported as OBJ/MTL. Imported to Poser, test-rendered...

Took a lonnnng hour but, hey, I was learning as I went....
So, that''s one down, about twenty to go...
D''uh...
Is there really no way to display and edit PMD/PMX materials en-masse ? Even multiple ''Find & Replace'' would have taken but moments in Wordpad...

There''s two issues here: 7-zip & IZArc mis-handle file names with Japanese glyphs as they unpack archives, turning them into alphabet soup. And PMX files are not ASCII, so you cannot readily search them for eg hishi2.png

I've found that to do well with any figure you really need to have a passion for that figure,

...and I hope you develop that passion for yours.
