Sorry to be late in response ! and thanks for your enthusiastic appreciation ! 
In fact, i used The P4Vskin by AprilVanity.com (a P4 Posette with the Victoria4 skin) and I used the Dragonessa body and head textures for V4, simply ! But I love the effect . 
April Vanity site is always in the net but not the Dragonessa texture ! Well, with my grateful sentiments about your appreciation again ! Friendly _______________ |

Looks very realistic.
The Dragonessa textures were free at RuntimeDNA. They had a shop, too, but it's all closed, not on Archive.org, also unfotunately. I never had thought it to be April's Posette, took it for a V2 _______________   |
