Found this interesting figure as a free FBX port on DA by ''DoctorAnus''.

FBX is only ~2.5 MB, so comparatively lo-poly, unlikely to ''choke'' Poser.
Imported to PoserPro_11.3 at 10000% of original scale, x100 of default. Basic textures auto-loaded as FBX file calls are ''relative'': Kudos !!
I zeroed figure rotations, y-offset to ground, hand-loaded ''normal'' texture as ''Bump'' map. Posed figure by selecting from Poser hierarchy, not by clicking into scene.
I could recognise the mid-staff whatsit on diffuse texture, so I masked its glowy bits white, rest of texture black, and used this as ''Ambient'' map, super-dialing to 5 to make it glow.
After several quickie renders to adjust lighting, this was Superfly, 64 pixel-samples, progressive, 1024 vol-bounces and buckets, both of twin GPU cards... |
