This is the magnificent Soportales plaza freebie by Miguel Bandera, kindly ported to FBX by Maxdemon6.

This is a poly-intensive model. The FBX is ~33 MB, calls an 8k ~7 MB texture map.
I used the free Classic Autodesk Convertor to port it to OBJ. That emerged as a ~65 MB mesh, which I feared would choke Poser. So, I decided to try the FBX. To my surprise, that loaded ''clean'' at default 100% original scale, called and loaded its 8k JPEG. I turned the sloping plaza ~45ยบ, shifted its XYZ by ~4, -2, 4. IIRC, needed ''force show back-facing'' and re-arranging the lights. Camera focal length ~35mm suited the big window.
My first, quickie ''test render'', using my twin GPU cards, just ''fell over'', reporting ''Out of Memory''. Yeah, thanks !! Sometimes, you must switch to CPU-only, sometimes reducing ''Vols & Buckets'' from the GPU cards'' preferred 1024 will work. I reduced ''V&B'' to 64, test render was okay.
I set Superfly, progressive, 64 pix-samples, vols & buckets, was surprised how well, how quickly this rendered.
