This is the nice Kofas restaurant interior carefully ported to XPS by RyuAensland.

I converted it to OBJ+MTL using ($$) 3DOC, but could have used MarioKart64''s free ''XPS to PMX'' converter, then exported from free ''PMX Editor'' as OBJ+MTL.
The OBJ imported okay at ~30% original scale, auto-loaded the textures. 35% seemed too big. I think 33% would be optimal, as this 30% seating looks slightly small. I dialled XYZ to: -17, -30, -25, then ''inched'' in.
This set has ~112 materials, but they only call a dozen textures. I was able to identify and mask the ceiling (Material #10) and pendant (Material #64) lights, dial them to ''super-ambient'' for luminous. I''ll post masks'' finder-maps in comments. The glass door and surrounds (Material #59) just had to be set ''mostly transparent''.
The problem with ''super-ambient'' lighting is that PPro_11 has an inherent, but undocumented limit on surface brightness. For adequate illumination, you need *lots* of lit area. Big ceiling panels do okay, these neat spot and pendant lights do not. I had to add a Poser ''infinity'' light-source just below ceiling. I also had to set ''force show back-facing polygons'' to tame outside walls.
After several trial renders to get scene looking ''right'', this was Superfly, progressive, 96 pixel-samples, 1024 vol-bounces & buckets using both my twin GPU cards.
One thing: The exterior view shows a stair-way rising to fire-doors about 5 metres above foot-path, which seems a bit odd. Did original have a foot-bridge across road to parking area ??
