I have moaned memorably about the woes of FBX import: Self-deconstructing rigs, non-posable rigs, invisible models, exploding models. I''ve even had one crash Poser to auto-close...
And, yes, there have been honourable exceptions.
Other than the usually reliable ''Rigged in Maya'', this may depend on a serendipitous convergence of work-path versions, or indicate some-one who really, really knows what they''re doing. YMMV.
Still, I''ve struck a seam of free Anime characters that are remarkably well behaved. Couple of minor ''gotchas'' and niggles but, compared to the usual woes, ''mostly harmless''.
These are four of many ports by HiGuys920, over at DA.

Specifically the multi-format models labelled ''Blender / MMD / XNALARA / VRCHAT'' and ''xps.xps, .pmx, .fbx + Blender Format''
This scene has Anzu and Yuzu, Naegi and Sasha Braus. Each figure''s FBX imports to Poser at 100% original scale as Single rig !! Yay !!
The ''gotchas'' ?
If up-side down, ''zero rotations'' to flip upright, then ''drop to floor''.
For some reason, the ''transparency'' maps all load as 0% when should default to 100%. Except for ''eye-liner'' which seems better at ~50%. Else looks okay in preview, yet domino or raccoon mask on render. YMMV
The rig is weirdly named, but eg Head is in there as...
body parts -hips parts - spine parts - chest parts - neck parts
If figure has heeled foot-wear, dial ankle to ~10ยบ to set sole flat.
The niggles ?
I still haven''t figured the facial textures of one I''ve posted recently.
Poser gets very slow after loading a couple of figures, and their complexity may crash a GPU card. They *will* render CPU-only.
If remote / queue rendering, takes about five (5) minutes of internal admin before Poser sends the necessary files...
