Free Open3D viewer could not read these mesh files, but free Noesis did, managed to export model as FBX.
To my surprise, FBX imports to Poser as a single rig, and textures auto-load. It is very small at default 100% scale. Needs ~7500 % to be person sized.
Flap roots A--D may be posed using X or Z rotate dials.
Difficult to light well, but settled on this.
