I''d picked up a budget ($) ''modular street pack'' by Unspirations from CGTrader (CGT), as its cobbled street and slab ''paving'' had a very Victorian / Boulevard look. Came as low-poly 3DS, FBX and OBJ modules, each with six ''layouts'' and shared 2k DIFF and NRM textures.

Each OBJ calls an MTL, but none are supplied. As each uses the same, single material, is easy to hand-load.
This render used the Straight, T-Junc and End modules. There''s also Left, Right and Cross. With OBJs imported at 50% scaling, I found they needed 43 feet XZ offsets to adjoin.
The off-street floor was from the Dagomar scene, the tree one of three types in a spoooky ($$) pack by Arvart-lit, also from CGT.

Scene needed a *lot* of light to render well. Happily, as these street modules are low poly and share DIFF + NRM textures, scene resource needs were modest. I rendered ''locally'' using Superfly, 64 pixel-samples, progressive, 1024 vols+buckets and my ageing twin GPU cards. |
