Last week I was trying to make smth new for me. I was making the simple models, with major details like expression, shape etc. included, and then editing them in Photoshop. So, this Night Elf (from Warcraft III) have been produced. The initial model is Victoria-2. I textured the picture, so the skin was to resemle skin ;), repainted the eyes and drew the background and hair. And, of course, the face-painting.
