Post subject: Making morphs in ZBrush2 (aaaaa!!!!!!)
I'm working with ZBrush for a half year , and I still have only 10-11 morphs made with the program. I downloaded the "Import Export" script long time ago and when I export the morphs into poser they look just bashed. If I make the morphs without using the script I get the same result. I tried to flip the normals and...the same thing. Wat's wrong with ZBrush?
By the way I'm using Windows XP and when I downloaded te morphmaster I saw this "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. " It's an *exe file I mean the PC version. Why I can't open it?

Can you give us an image to show what the result looks like from ZBruxh? I personally never use the export script. I do it the hard way. I import the body part I am morphing create the morph export the ovject, create a new document and then import, export the morph again. I have never had a problem doing it this way and when it's not broke I don't fix it. Also, what version of ZBrush are you using. Someone told me that Version 2 now has object export for poser fixed so those steps used in 1.23 and version 1.55 are no longer needed....

Morph master I have the Pro version and it runs fine on my Win2K Pro on the desktop, and WinXP Pro on my notebook. If you are getting this error consistantly I would recommend un-installing the program and try re-installing it. If then you still get the same error I would try running it in WIN 98 compatability mode. Only suggestions given here. If someone knows better please fell free to step up...

Maybe the next version will have...

Zbrush 2 don't need a plug-in to import OBJs exported from poser or to export as morph target any more, you just import morph and export and everything is fine, IMHO Zbrush is the best tool to make poser morph (there were Amorphium too but it's so old now)

Welcome Belladonna!

I got ZBrush 2 the day before.
Looks really interesting, but the interface is, well... let´s say unusual, at least for M$ windows users.
I´ll need some time...

Post subject: Re: Making morphs in ZBrush2 (aaaaa!!!!!!)
I just came to show my first attempt on a morph with zbrush, guess what?
Right, an Alien head for posette (without heaving read your post before, Erenda )
You´re right, this tool is simply, what I had been looking for, I loved playing with clay as a child. Some of my parents´ friends had a pottery way back...

This morph is kind of a wip, so I don´t put it in our freebies.

Welcome to Zbrush 2 world Ahjah, I've used it since 1.5 times and for morphs purpose only and I haven't found yet another tool such easy and good for this task, a good tool for puting full body morphs done in Zbrush in a Poser char is Poser Little Helper, in case you need so .

Thanks Rayera, I´ll have a look at this, but for I´m still at Poser3, morph injection doesn´t work. So I don´t know if it will be much help

Thanks, anyway

BTW, "Poserz Little Helper" is at http://home.online.no/~kjellil/Index-AllStuff.htm

If you remember my old troll ava it was built entirely in Zbrush 2 with Z spheres and textured in Cinema 4D.
