I'm having the same result with this head setting in Poser6
<br />
I fixed this opening the Joint Editor and moving the complete bending zones for side-side action down towards the neck <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />

<img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_think.gif" alt="" /> I think you can share the pose Andreas, it should contain the new position of the joint <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_think.gif" alt="" />

The joints are not saved with a pose file by default, I'm afraid.
<br />
So I had to do it manually using a text editor. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_doh.gif" alt="" />
<br />
I hope, it works as expected <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_pray.gif" alt="" /> <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/lol.gif" alt="" />

Yes Davide, you can store joint information in a pose file, but Poser doesn't do it by default AFAIK.
<br />
I made me an empty pose file some time ago to copy the related channels from a character file to, manually <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" alt="" />
