So there's 3 micro-surgeons at a party boasting about who's done the most difficult operation.. <br /> First surgeon says 'Well, I had a case last year where this woman had both of her legs chopped off in a car crash. They brought me the limbs in 4 bags. The operation lasted 27 hours I had to rejoin her shins to her knees and after she was released from hospital she became an Olympic marathon runner and has just won a gold medal'.. <br /> Second surgeon gives a little laugh and says 'So what? Last year I had to treat a guy who'd had all of his fingers chopped off in an industrial grinder, they had to scrape up the fingers and they gave me them in 12 little plastic bags. The operation took 42 hours, I had to rebuild each finger then reconnect them to his hands. Within a year he was giving a violin concert at the Albert Hall and his latest album has gone platinum <br /> Third surgeon shakes his head and smiles 'You two don't know anything about surgery! I had an operation last year where I had to treat a cowboy who was racing alongside a train when his horse slipped and they both fell in front of the train and were chopped to little pieces. All they brought me was a cowboy hat and a horse's ass. The operation took 72 hours and now he's president of America'
