Post subject: Those scary stories
We've all heard stories intended to scare the stuffing out of us. Either at camp, sleeping over at friends or other occasions.
<br />
So I remembered one and thought I'd write it down here : <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/badgrin.gif" alt="" />
<br />
<br />
---
<br />
<br />
A little girl had to sleep alone at home one night, as her parents had business to attend to and wouldn't be back untill the next day.
<br />
This should go ok though, as she had a dog to look out for her.
<br />
Her dog liked to lie under her bed, and she used to stick her hand under to it. If the dog licked her hand, everything was ok.
<br />
So her parents left, and she went to bed.
<br />
In the middle of the night, she woke up from hearing a dripping sound.
<br />
She went to the upstairs bath, as her room was on that floor.
<br />
Nothing there. No leak from the sink.
<br />
So she went back to bed, and put her hand under her bed.
<br />
The dog licked her hand. Everything was fine, and she went back to sleep.
<br />
Later on, she woke up again, hearing the same dripping noise.
<br />
Now she went downstairs and checked the kitchen sink.
<br />
Nothing.
<br />
So she went back to bed, put her hand under her bed to the dog.
<br />
The dog licked her hand. She went back to sleep.
<br />
But even later, she awoke yet again, hearing the same dripping noise.
<br />
This time, she went down to the first floor... opened the door to the downstairs bathroom...
<br />
And there, in the shower.. hung her dog. Gutted. It's blood dripping.
<br />
On the dog's body was a note, which read;
<br />
<br />
"Not only dogs can lick hands"

Ohhhh, I like this little tale. Wonderfully spooky. Great urban myth material too.
