Hi there; <br /> <br /> I had an interesting thought this morning... <br /> <br /> What are common parent sayings in the many languages that are spoken by the members here? <br /> I mean things like: <br /> <br /> 1.) Listen to your mother. <br /> 2.) Don't argue with your sister. <br /> 3.) Clean your room {and that's not cleaned}. <br /> 4.) Do your homework. <br /> 5.) Practice makes perfect. <br /> 6.) Time for bed {or get ready for bed}. <br /> <br /> I think that if I could use such sayings, it may help my daughters to explore things with a more "international viewpoint".
