We went on Central Daylight Time this weekend. Looks like we be in the same time zone. <br /> I don't think we'll have many of our European members at that time. Tormentor, Ken The Viking,TdaC and ahjah are at least 7 or 8 hours ahead of us. <br /> Jonesy in kangaroo land is probably already into the next week. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/lol.gif" alt="" /> <br /> They might be night owls, though. <br /> I know that GP and Landman are two hours behind us, out in Oregon. <br /> We'll see what happens and who joins in.

Okay Landman, you're a cab ! <br /> <br /> I remember a long time ago, when I was managing a software publishing house for a friend of mine. <br /> It was located in the same place as his electronics surplus business. I was only a few feet away <br /> from the main counter. One day an extremely drunk individual stumbled in from somewhere. <br /> The nearest place to get drunk at was a few blocks away. <br /> Anyway, he staggers up to the counter, looking all wild and wasted, and says .... <br /> <br /> "Could one of you guys....uhhhh....call me..... uhhhh....a cab ?" <br /> <br /> There were two guys working the counter, Brian and Danny. <br /> Danny says... <br /> "What cab company ?" <br /> Drunk guy says..." I don't give a sh*t, call me a f*ckin' cab !" <br /> Me (very sarcastically while working on a mailing list on the computer ): <br /> "Okay, you're a cab ...." <br /> (I didn't think that the drunk heard me, but his hearing was quite good <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/lol.gif" alt="" /> ) <br /> <br /> The drunk hears this nearly inaudible mumble and lunges over the counter at me. <br /> Danny and Brian are trying to prevent the drunk from getting to me. <br /> My friend Larry, owner of the place, is heading for the <br /> PANIC BUTTON to summon the cop shop, only a few blocks away.... <br /> Larry, Brain and Danny are yelling at me to "Get the hell out the back door !" <br /> The drunk is going wild and calling me all sorts of names like... <br /> "You c-sucker, a-hole, and all sorts of slurred stuff.... <br /> Needless to say, police arrived within minutes and took the drunk away. <br /> <br /> Everytime I hear that line, I have to bite my tongue. <br /> <br /> I think that I can get away with it here because Oregon is a fair distance away.

the chat meeting is going to be held on posette forever in the chat room, and it looks like the time is set for around 3:00 pm my time which is Pacific Standard Time, and Central Time for Den and Tda42 which should make it 5:00 pm their time on Friday April 9th (right now it's 2:30 pm Thurs April 8th in Oregon) <br /> this is just for fun, anyone who would like to join in the live chat is welcome if you are going to be awake and at your computer.
