its probably some sort of hex code for an Apostrophe,

try holding down the alt key and typing 4 digits on your keypad I.E alt+0189 will give you the character ½. alt+0190 will give you ¾ and stuff. however alt+8217 gives you a ↓ and i have no idea what it is.....

It looks like something about xml code, but searching on the net I found the same kind of errors... In any case I checked and optimized the php database tables of the forum, just in case.... But all seems ok... You guys just get weirder and weirder <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> Okay the red sand stained my undies, tormies full of tarts, td's got 2 daughters with fuzzy navels and tonight we're all going to landmans house to see his marble collection, except Posy cause she's having to take Tormie to weight watchers cause he blew his diet. Den's on his way to the grocery store to buy out all the cracker jacks in hopes of finding a secret decoder ring so he will be able to crack all the codes and tormies safe. Ozy's been secretly hiding in the broom closet with my beaver. Jan's still working with Mr. Gates on MicroSoft Windows that don't break, they just melt down and taste like candy. I think the slogan is "Let MicroSoft melt in your mouth, not in your hand but I think they are having legal issues with that one.

Sorry GP but I never work with Mr. Gates on MicroSoft Windows. I work for Brazilian Government. And I was only escorting Angela back home. You had forgotten her here and she is too young to return Italy alone in that hour!
