Hi, if I'm posting speech enclosed by traditional double quotes, how do I stop board converting it to... "example" ??

This side of a paranoid fire-wall and locked-down browser, "example" should display as ''example'' but appears as... & quot ; example & quot D'uh, I'll do a 'search and replace', post that version... FWIW, how do I hide the pretty UI's arrayed optional emoticons, rainbow bar etc ??

I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do without knowing exactly what are you running, there is only the option of the quick reply button if you don't want to see them (or cover them with a chewingum wrapper 8) )
