I'm trying to morph Posette closer to Maya(MD)'s petite build, with a face 1/8th Asian:

What does Poser4 do to 'Adolescent' scaled Posette such that NONE of the P4 clothing basics conform any more ??

And is there an easy fix ??

Yes, at a pinch, I'd export, re-import, scale, Phi, joint etc etc, but I would have thought...

FWIW, I suppose 'Adolescent Posette' is not scaled correctly, anyway...
