Actually, I have no experience with this program; however, what I have found by a web search is that there are many different sites offering this sort of service. Some use their own software while others use standard free software.
Now the catch is that some of the sites provide the service on a subscription basis. In doing so when you first sign up and get their software you have a license to view only a very limited sample, limited either in time or in quantiy. After that you need to keep paying a regular on-going subscription fee for continued viewing.
I don't know which one software and site you are using, but I suspect that could be the reason.
