Hi. It's been awhile. I was inspired to tackle a morph for Dork too.
I am using Blacksmith3D. The face I have so far has elements from three different sources: Dorks default face, Dorks face with adjusted proportions to get them closer to the ideal, and a dash of a celebrity to give some personality to the new face.
There are still some problem areas to fix, but this is what I have so far:
I'm totally open for feedback. ^^

Hi. Thanks. ^^
I enjoy making characters the most, it's what I spend 80-90% of my time doing.

BTW, Did you get rid of Dork's weird UV stretching at the outer corner of his right brow?
Almost looks as if from the prewiew

The outer corner of his brow is a problem! I tried very hard to fix it, and keep the brow intact.
However, when I'm done with the morph, I will make a 2nd version that smoothes out the brows.

I'm curious for the result.
I've never worked with Blacksmith3D, only know the free characters he offers at his site. They look great.
I create my morphs with ZBrush and a freeware application, Morph Master by codetwister

Zbrush is expensive, Blacksmith is more affordable, and it does a great job with morphs. However, Zbrush does a lot more than Blacksmith. One day, I'll cross over, but for now, I am happy. ^^
I had a free version of code twister's program, but since I'm on a Mac, it was very hard to use in Virtual PC.
You can do morphs in other 3d programs, but a program that's designed for it does a much better job. I love having selection groups, and selections by group, object, or material. I really miss that abilty in other 3d programs.

Hexagon for instance, does not have selection by materials. You can do groups, but not materials.
--edit: just learned you can select by materials in Hexagon--
