Yes, Zygote is the company that created the Posette and the rest of the stock Poser people.  DAZ used to be a part of that company.

Now it looks like Zygote is using their basic body forms for other purposes, such as medical imaging.

The models being offered for free are only wafefront OBJ files and based on the size of the zip archive appear to be rather low resolution.    The license permits their use for rendering images.  But I don't think and morphs created for them would be distributible based on this license.  They might be useful for someone who is prepared to run them though the setup room.  I have not checked to see if they are uv mapped.

The zip archive is 1,923,736 bytes and contains the license and four models.  1 woman, 1 woman's hair, 2 men one with and one without REPO (at the filenames say).
