The detail of that background set is amazing. I can't imagine how many and how big the texture maps for it are.

The poses and faces are pretty good. I think a standard key/fill light setup would have helped bring out much more detail in the dark uniforms; on the other hand though strong front lighting is an important and consistent theme of your overall style.
