<br />
<br />
What Should I Know About Hexagon 2.5.1.36?

<br />
2. This is a 'rebuild' with new libraries and though many bugs have been fixed in this beta, there are some new bugs that weren't in the previous 2.5.0.5 build.
<br />
<br />
Known Issues:
<br />
<br />
1. Camera view must be moved to refresh the workspace display in some cases when opening files.
<br />
2. Materials don’t display in workspace viewport until clicking on Unassigned Faces on Mac.
<br />
3. Reopening saved beta .hxn Hexagon files drops label names for materials, shading domain and objects on Mac.
<br />
4. Not all icons have tool tips yet.
<br />
5. Dissolve edges with the new remove vertices option does not always remove vertices as expected.
<br />
6. Full Screen preference doesn’t work at start-up.
<br />
7. File association for .hxn aren’t set and can’t be set for Hexagon on PC and Mac.
<br />
8. HXN file icons are incorrect.
<br />
9. Number Pad Enter Key does not work for Validate.
<br />
10. UV map background is transparent when saved.
<br />
11. The Hexagon-DAZ Studio bridge does not yet work on Mac.
<br />
12. The Hexagon-DAZ Studio bridge does not work with DAZ Studio 4 at this time.
<br />
13. The Hexagon-DAZ Studio bridge does not send model textures to DAZ Studio.
<br />
14. Shortcuts can’t be edited.
<br />
15. Exporting models with dynamic geometry causes crash.
<br />
16. Extrusion tool causes crash on validate on Mac.
<br />
17. 3D Text primitives do not create all font primitives correctly on Mac."
<br />
<br />
EDIT: Daz Update
<br />
<br />
"Yes, you can edit the shortcut keys. That was a left over from a previous build and should have been removed from the known issues list for this beta."

That error being the creation of a new version of Victoria that doesn't play well - if at all - with Poser, perhaps? If you can't sell the base product, you can't make money with all the other add-ons.
<br />
<br />
So perhaps shovelling out DAZ Studio 4 Pro for free would be a good way to snare people into buying V5 and her bits n pieces...?
<br />
<br />
Just a thought.

Post subject: Re: Hexagon 2.5
Well you know if you think about it. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_think.gif" alt="" /> You have 5 Victorias now. I mean wasn't the morphs enough? It is getting so you have 50 shoes and I guess a girl has got to have their shoes but come on. When they cost more than a real person? <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_eh.gif" alt="" /> Get a life people! <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/lmao.gif" alt="" /> Now with Hexagon we can build our models import them into Bryce and take Victoria and shove her in there as well. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/thumb.gif" alt="" /> I have never seen so many with their plastic just dying to blow money like if it came from a tree. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/wink.gif" alt="" /> Also when you get to this places they are all bubbly and yea I'll buy this and don't you talk down my community. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/lmao.gif" alt="" /> DAZ will one day see that you can only go so far. What I can't understand is why not the market with more props and backgrounds? You never see a good ground to put anyone on. With all that is going on in the place of 3D modeling all it is are just Posing of a model and wow look what I did. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/new_shocked.gif" alt="" /> The 11 years I have been around to see 3D evolve the more snobbish people have become in certain web sites and I would think they should feel a bit embarrassed to know they just spent 300 dollars to brag on one render. Ok I'll step down from my soap box and let the tomatoes fly. <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/redembarrassed.gif" alt="" /> By the way you know there a fruit don't you? <img src="https://www.posetteforever.com/images/smiles/eusa_shifty.gif" alt="" />
