Who is that german actor, young, blond and fat who make comics movies ?

I saw a couple of movie with him and I ROTFLED all the time even if I understood nothing of the speech... (I saw them on Premiere     )
I guess if there is a subtiled version of some of those movies... Unfortunately I think his movies are shared only in Germany... Anyway they never has come here
