Tonight we got some good and bad news. My bf's nephew who we are renting a house from came by to tell us he had an unbeliveable offer on the house yesterday, about twice as much as he ever thought it to be worth and is going to sell it. But the good news is he's going to reinvest the money and buy another house for us to rent (and possibly buy from him) as well as a second fixer upper house to work on and try and sell to make a profit. Sooooo that means I have to hunt once again for boxes and start packing again soon lol

I moved 18 months ago and I still haven't bothered to unpack most of my stuff. My room and garage is filled with boxes. It's funny what you don't miss when you can't get t it.
