GP, It is alway a happy thing to see somthing posted by you, a picture or just a little message in the shout box is always welcome.

Right now I am just trying to relax from a stressfull day of running to doctors and lab  and ekg's and pharmacy's and all the fun stuff life brings us when we start to get older. Good news is my doctor gave me a prescription for my diabities that will hopefully help me loose some weight. Maybe I'll be skinny by summer!

Don't lose too much weight or when yougo for your walks and there is a breeze...  Well, remember the flying nun?  

Okay I'll try not to loose too much, but that flying does sound like a lot of fun...I'll make sure I fly over water so I don't have such hard landings
