Here is a nifty little program that can help you keep track of all your downloads.  Called "Poser Download Tracker", it can be used as a searchable database that allows you to keep track of various things about each content item.  Things like file name, artist name, category type, character type, and more.  You can specify several thumbnails and link to the associated readme file.  Best of all, free!

It does take a bit of time to input data, but there are ways to shortcut some of the steps.
