I've tested her a bit, all in all the UVS work pretty good, but the chest and the brow area.
You had been talking about additional material for adding clothing, but the UVS you put here for DL dont have them
maybe an older version ?!

I know she has some problems in the body but worked the head as good as possible
What problems do you get with the brow?

I neither have the newest version of UV mapper that has a relax option which is ideal for remapping characters!  
If I had UV mapper 3 I could make a perfect distort-less map for her...

The problems I have with the brows is the texture brows are underneath the mesh brows

With all Posette tx that have painted the brows exactly on the brows mat area. I had tested the "silver" tx you pointed out before, too.  This works better, but most of the texture I'm used to are painted exactly inside Posettes mat zones because I prefere changing the shapes in the mesh and not by painting

I've made my custom head morph permanent to the mesh...
That should be the reason for the error message  

Well after all I decided to make this a new figure!  
So the file will be encoded and also made some basic body morphs for male/female shape...

The only thing I'm still thinking about is the Lash uvs, if I must make it a new texture map or keep it there in the Posette position?

And some thing else... The name!!!

If you're going this far, you should remap the lashes to V1/2 mapping or unimesh, IMHO
This looks really worth waiting
A name could be "Tony", for It's unisex, over here in Germany, at least

I have to agree that lashes should be remmaped or in an other position over the UVS or on a new map
However I don't know if this would be V2-V3 or a new map (easiest   )

It is strange... In greece there isn't not even one name to me unisex!!!

It's hard to imagine something like that!!!
