The portal page is a different place in comparison with the other page of the site, there are:
-the portal
-the forum
-the album
-the free stuff page
The menu differs because, for example, in the portal all the links are in the "board navigation" table in the left part of the page, so it's useless to repeat it in the front.
In the album you can go back to the forum or to the portal and few other features because this "gallery software" is not fully integrated with the forum software. I prefer the style of the old album,but that album came with no new comment advice to the author, I asked for a solution to the authors of that piece of software but it seems they are not able to do the work, I'm not a coder and I'm able only to make simple mods, so I decided to change the whole thing. As I wrote your old pictures are not lost, I've them here, but I'm trying to find an easy way to put them in the new album. If I can't I'll put a link to the old one.
Tdac: about the upload problems, I've just tried it and it seems to work, please give me more informations. Aniway, when a new file is uploaded the author have to tell it to an admin so that it can be unlocked. Don't woory, the free stuff page will be upgraded in the next future after few whips to the author.
I'll begin soon a "link exchange program" with other free sites (sites with no banners and that don't sell anything) in order to create a little "ring". I'm preparing this thing and write soon a post about it. If you have a personal site I'll put your logo in the front page, in the "link" table. I think it's a good idea but I will be glad to ear your comments about it
