Hi Jan, I think that you want to chancge your avatar, so:

1- prepare a little image , max 120x120 pixels jpg format, it must be no more than 15 kb of size
2- Click "control panel" on the top of the page and go to the avatar section
3- upload you new avatar....

(Posy   can't do a lot because She doesn't know english very well....)
