because once again, and after being warned, you have made personal attacks against another members, to wit, inferring that David Hoadley has been given warnings by Renderosity staff for "personal attacks against other members and also for copyright violations".
I recommend to you that you refrain from commenting on situations about which you know nothing. Since you are not on staff here, you would have no knowledge of what actions, if any, have been taken in regards to any member here, and this leads you to making false (and probably legally actionable) statements such as the above.
I would also point out that talking publicly about actions you have taken as an admin of another site against particular members is unprofessional in the extreme.
Bearing in mind that you received a warning from our staff less than 8 hours prior to posting this second message, I am issuing you with a second warning and a 7-day ban on your account.
On your return to the site, please familiarise yourself with the TOS and endeavour to uphold it.
You can go to that thread and you'll find our old acquaintance "porn guy" Dphoadley spreading some dirt on me , calling me "Tormented", so I found accettable to reply in the thread with this message:
I wish to thank you all for your care to our little site, actually we're only a little community of friends and I never thought that the closing of the site would have caused so much noise. I won't explain in details what happened but I was in a situation where I couldn't decide in a quarrel where two opponents stood still on their positions. We had several episodes of this kind in the past and I thought that it was time to surrender to the human nature. After the closing of the site the two parts made a deal with me and I was convinced to reopen the site.
BTW I'm writing here only to laugh once more to our old acquaintance long-wise-beard Dphoadley. It's a pleasure when I spot his IP address lurking on PF, I can literally see those greased spectacles in the light of his monitor and I grin...
Name is Tormentor, not Tormented, but I forgive you because we use to remember you as the "Porn Guy" and the "Morphs Thief" ( http://www.faeriewylde.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?t=24895 ). It's never good to ban an user, it's something sad that an admin is usually moved to do in order to preserve the community.
In your case, Dphoadley, I had an erection.
They edited my post but they didn't take action against what I suppose that is their great friend , the well known "Porn Guy" Dphoadley.
I replied to this Karen Janes (I don't know who she is):
Hi Karen, I accept your ban (what else I could do ?) but I think that you misjudged me so I would explain why I wrote those posts.
You're still permitting to your user David Hoadley to distort in the same thread my nickname from "Tormentor" to "Tormented" , this is a personal attack, this is against your TOS, but you did nothing and still, you're doing nothing.
About "legal actions" you permitted to the same user to post on your free stuff page materials that he has stolen from other people work, so I simply assumed as fact that you took action against him because I never thought that you were associated with him in that action.
I know that he has been warned for a personal attack against another user because the other user is me and a member of your staff simply said me that he took action and he did.
In the same thread your user David Hoadley pointed out that he was banned from our site, it's like someone that uses our site, Karen, to distorts your name and say that he has been banned for no reasons from the nasty Renderosity.
So I assume that your reaction would be to do nothing and don't explain publicly WHY he has been banned, right ? So the people coming on my site would only see the opinion of that user (?) This is what is happening now on Renderosity, people come there, read the thread and see that "Tormented" banned your valuable and friendly user David Hoadley because he is "tormented" and mad.
There are also a couple of other posts on your site, from the same user, spreading dirt on me and on Posetteforever, while you're saying that I shouldn't do what is permitted to do to another user.
I had no other choice, I don't know what I was supposed to do...
Talking about professionality, I don't know you, I'm not a professional but I try to be impartial and that thread is far to the extreme from being fair.
So said, I've nothing to ask and I'm sorry to have caused troubles to you, but when you talked about legal actions, I can assure you that I've not only proofs but witnesses that will confirm what I said.

Tormented, I'm not going to get into a lot of "he said, she said" with you.
If you have a problem with David then I suggest you simply ignore his posts, as he certainly has not made any personal attacks on you or your site. Mis-spelling your username really cannot be construed as a personal attack, especially since your chosen username is quite a negative noun to begin with.

She called me "Tormented" on purpouse (you may not understand me
but I laugh when someone does something well-done and refined like that) So I replied "thank you for your professionality" , ROTFL.
So Renderosity is a place where mispelling on purpose an username is considered fair by the admin team.
Think about it when Tormie get tormented in fights between users
and can't decide how to be fair and impartial 
... And how "professional" are the paid admins of big places like Renderosity taking part of an user instead of being impartial.
BTW I use Renderosity only to promote Posetteforever and i don't care a bit of them, it's a big store and I don't spend my money there.
